“To Stand Strong we must Communicate to stay Mobile”

Text: Ephesians 6: 18-20

Introduction: Prayer is not so much another piece of armor as it is the means of communication between soldiers and their Commanding Officer.

 

    I.     The necessity of prayer .

- Encouragement and Guidance

II. The variety of prayer

- Prayers of praise and supplications

- Prayers of confession and of petitions

- Prayers of intercessions

- Prayers of thanksgiving (Philippians 4: 6-8)

III. The occasion for prayer “Pray at all times in the Spirit.”

- The Holy Spirit creates within us a prayerful hear

  (Galatians 4:6)

- The Holy Spirit gives guidance concerning the substance of

  our prayers (Romans 8:26)

- The Holy Spirit identifies with us (Romans 8:27)

WE CAN NOT NEGLECT TO PRAY!
