Introduction:  This Scripture passage lays down six qualifications for the Christian citizen. All present-day citizens would do well to follow them!

        I.       The good citizen is to be law-abiding.

IV. The good citizen is to be tolerant, not contentious or a fighter.

No person can fulfill the qualifications of the Christian citizen apart from being a Christian.
