“When the Demands Are More than the Resources”

Text: Matthew 14:17-18

Scripture Reading: Matthew 14: 14-21

Introduction:  The demands seem greater than our resources.

      I.      When the demands are more than the resources, some people try to escape. 

Matthew 14:15

A. Some escape by evading the responsibility.

B. Some escape by running.

C. Some escape by suicide.

II. When the demands are more than the resources, we can reevaluate the resources.

A. Jesus was present and adequate.

B. There is no hope outside of Jesus

Jesus Christ is adequate for our every need!
